General info about locations & students
We offer classes at our convenient studio in Denver as well as perform out-reach classes at community centers, athletic clubs, businesses (wellness programs) and community club houses.
Our students' ages range from pre-teens to 80+ years old. We've found that Tai Chi and Qigong are best suited to adults.
We've taught numerous types of people from those that wish to learn a great meditative movement to those with PTSD (including military Veterans), auto-immune and chronic disorders and those with acute illnesses... All looking for a way to achieve a better balance in their lives.
